We provide online psychological services and we are currently accepting new clients. We accept referrals directly from individuals, GP’s, schools or specialists.

To request an online initial appointment, please complete the self-referral form below. We appreciate you completing this form and this information allows us to ensure we are the right service for you, and you are seen by the Psychologist who will best meet your needs.

All information received will be reviewed by our Clinical Directors. We will make contact with you within 3 working days via email to discuss further and/or offer an initial appointment. All information received in the contact form will be held securely and remain confidential.
